Please, do not use this platform at all costs. If you are a holder for loans and trading, this platform is the worst ever and you will suffer because they take time to get back to you as well.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Youholder platform is the best one out there and I was wrong and they helped me and sorry for saying any of it.
I transferred my XRP to my other wallet and I'm still waiting for confirmation. It says processing and it's been 6 hours now.
I feel like I've lost 400 XRP coins and the live chat doesn't even work. I can't get in touch with them and feel like this platform isn't working. I don't feel safe, so be careful guys when using the YouHolder platform.
They don't even get back to me or respond at all. Absolutely awful.
