I redeemed my Flipkart voucher on 1st August and today is 14th August, but I have not received my payment of 3600rs from the Flipkart voucher. The registered Gmail address on YouGov is byteearning@***.com.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I didn’t have a problem with them, just wanted to share a positive review about a decent survey group.
This is NOT a scam company, I have cashed out my earnings many times over 3-4 years and never had an issue. Most surveys pay around 10c per minute, but some pay less, so keep an eye on the survey time and points earned before you start each one. I like this company because they often have some interesting surveys, not just banks, insurance and new cars like some sites.

I have been trying to use YouGov KO for over a month but faced significant issues with receiving the login verification code. Despite submitting over 50 complaints and emails, I received no response from customer support.
This lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating.
While YouGov KO has potential, these technical issues and poor support make it difficult to recommend. I hope the company addresses these problems soon.

I have been attending surveys and answering them with my full time. I received my 5000 YouGov points within almost 2 years.
I redeemed my reward for a 3500 Flipkart voucher and I still did not receive my reward despite waiting for almost a month.
I need the YouGov team to contact me and revise my reward ASAP! I did not get any response from YouGov despite contacting customer support.

I have completed 5000 points and reedem it on 28/12/2023 but still not received my flipkart gift card of 3600 Rs..When I message to help centre they said they send me reward on same day by mail but I didn't received it.I checked both my inbox as well as junk mail. Please

My issue has not been resolved yet. They have not responded to my emails.
YouGov's customer service is becoming the worst.
Despite completing all the surveys myself and investing my time, they still have not rewarded me appropriately. So, I request that they contact me and issue my reward ASAP.

I was not sent the link to participate in a multi-day survey which offered very good compensation for completing the survey!!
I had done the pre testing of my system to make sure that my system would work
Correctly for the survey which it did! Because I did not get the link I missed out on earning 2,000 redeemable points and a $300.00 on line gift card!!
Preferred solution: The ability to participate in the 3 remaining survey sessions so that can add my opinion I would like to be able to earn the 2,000 redeemable points and the $300.00 online gift card
