I completed surveys and after accruing approximately 56,000 points, my account unexpectedly encountered an issue. These points hold substantial value and I require compensation for my time.
Despite my efforts to send emails, I have received no replies.
I also attempted to sign in, but they are not providing login codes. Something needs to be done.
