Denied entry
I wanted to join your gym located in Lighthouse Point Florida. I spoke to a young lady named Lily and she set me up on a 3-day trial so I can see how many people used that location during the time I would go.
I work right across the street so this would be convenient for me. Lily told me I just needed to tell the person at the front counter my phone number to gain entry. Day 1, I entered the gym told the girl behind the counter that I was there for my 3 day trial, she asked for my phone number, looked up my profile and told me I was all set, and to have a nice workout.
Day 2, this morning. I walked to the front counter, a different young lady by the name of Jamia asked me for my phone number and my ID.
I told her I had it my car and that I was told I only needed to give my phone number. She told me I could not work out unless I had my ID. I went and got my ID out of my car, handed it to Jamia, and she placed it on the counter. I told her I didn't want my ID just left on the counter.
She told me then I can not work out today.
I asked her if I could give her something else like my car keys, she gave me a sarcastic smerk and said no I must have your ID (Drivers license) I told I wanted to speak to a manager, she told me they do not come in until later today. I would like to join your gym but not until I am assured I will not be treated in this manner again.

Extremely disappointed
I purchased a waist trainer from You Fitness Co in May and it took my item 3 months to arrive and the items packaging was moist and my item had moldy spots on it and smelled horrible. This is unacceptable and I am extremely upset!
Preferred solution: Full refund
