Yeah. I son and I have had trouble sleeping after working out at that location.

I have seen the little maintenance guy putting something in the air vents and quickly leave or hide in the office.

Nobody does any work at that gym! All they do is workout and hangout in their offices.

Overcharged for Training

I cancelled my training and gave a 30 day notice and was charged the next month. The training cancellation was deleted from my profile but there was record that i called to cancel and came in that day.

Also, i added child care a month ago. Today, my daycare was closed, i came in to work out and there was no record that i added my som, so i couldnt put him in the care center and didnt get my training session that was booked. I would like my money back atleast 2 free years of gym membership to cover the cost that i spent. I dont want a personal trainer anymore.

I only used the 3 months to get started to i could get a program set up. The trainer was not flexible with my schedule and he would double book me and then have my shuffle to reschedule before another client

Worst Attitude and Customer Service

I have been a member of YF at Pines Blvd. & Hiatus since it opened and although the staff is most times unfriendly I continued.

When people ask what gym I go to the response is often " has their customer service improved". I brought it to the attention of a manager and she brushed it off as "a lot of grumpy seniors come in and yell at the staff". I was taken aback that she was blaming customers instead of assuring me that the issue would be addressed. I continued to go.

On July 1, 2018 when went to workout I was told that my card was declined by the bank and that I had to pay plus a late fee. I told the staff member that I got a new card and apparently the reason payment was dishonored by the bank and would update with the new card but would appreciate the late fee be waived. He refused. He went manager (I assume) and she refused to waive the late fee.

It's not about the late fee but on principle and attitude. I told them that I would address the situation with "Customer Care" but I would like to workout. I was not allowed so I left under protest. I have no desire to continue my membership and have gone elsewhere.

Actually, I attempted to cancel my membership and was told there would be a $10 fee. I will pay it and never return to Youfit again.

They don't care about keeping their customers. No phone number to Corporate Office and Customer Service does not answer nor call back.

Esta empresa está abusando de sus clientes ,mediante las cláusulas que le dan a firmar el cliente no tiene libertad para dar de baja a la membresía ,les hacen pagar para darse de baja a la membresía y aun habiendo firmado la cancelación siguen cobrando en el banco ,se aprovechan de tener Los datos de La tarjetas para seguir cobrando y no respetan el deseo y la libertad de cancelar la membresía por parte del cliente .hay muchas quejas al respecto en este punto es abusivo como someten al cliente a pagar para poder dar de baja la membresía ,las personas que estén pasando por esta experiencia deberían denunciar este trato ante Telemundo u cualquier lugar donde se pueda dar a conocer para que los clientes se unan y denuncien unidos esta desagradable y abusivo trato por medio d este gym.

I joined u-fit to get my body toned up for the summer. I really think u-fit employees should more educated before they sell there non-contact to others. No longer a member and iam still receiving a bill from them. Bad business. Ufit on Manhattan, Harvey LA

You may be able to email them to cancel instead of using her magesty's certified mail to notify them you won't be returning, but they want to collect another $10 from you. No, you were not forced to sign the contract, but nor did you expect to need a lawyer to look over it for you and negotiate out the payoff to cease stalking and billing you that they will require. Oh,just call your card company,you say. Very smart! But they will not sell you the membership without direct access to your bank account-- no credit cards nor cash payments, sorry!

Manager unprofessional...on several instantence i have see management talj inapptoristely tothe CSR. I have witnessed gym patriots either use inappropriate language and or tgreatenthe CSR..due to they was upset because the gym off recker and brown due to this gym no longer has weights over 100 lbs..The Csr explained it was decision that it corporate decision for better health ..the patriote then was threatened and verbally abused...it has been witnesses on many occassion most your csr shows preferential treatments to certain patriots that have lapsed membership not just recently lapsed neither.and regular members not green card able to bring guest and participate in the upgraded amenities..yet the CSR whom attempted to follow rules was terminated...a CSR who has demonstrated knowledge is respected by your customers.

I have been patient with the facilities in changing ownership teo previous time and patient when the gx rom floor is filthy die to not being kept mopped and clean ...the saunas is down more than it is available..i pay my monthly fees yet others are not required to ...why??

Your CSR Brett Mattson was terminated for doing his job and yet your CSRs that allow the bullying and free services are still employed ... I have worked and managed stores and to me this is bad for your reputation and very disappointing to know a person and veteran can be treated badly just for doing there job with no support from management to reinforce others doing there job..and showing prerintaly treatment to encourage others not to do the job required that they can be terminated for doing there jobs correctly and or be on a short list...

Handicapped Beware

On July 2, 2018 l was told to leave the Deerfield Beach gym because my shoes didn't meet their requirements. I made them aware of my disability before l signed up and about my shoes that accommodate my neuropathy. They said no problem and l joined. A week later l was told l needed closed shoes and had to leave. So l cut my premium membership down to $10 a month. Thanks to their ignorance l can't work my legs to my doctor's plan because the shoes l have to wear cut off my circulation; totally defeating the main purpose for why l joined. I jog at home to try and restore my feet back to normal. I fix it at their gym the way my doctor wants me to.

Maintenance worker

The older, spanish maintenance worker who "cleans" the YouFit at Hammocks, Miami, FL should not be vacuuming or spraying strong odor chemicals on the equipment during high volume activity, especially around the treadmills while people are exercising. The vacuum emits a strong exhaust into the air and no one wants to breath that crap when working out.

Likewise on the chemical spray This guy has NO COMMON SENSE whatsoever or any regard for anyone's health. He should be fired. El mayor trabajador de mantenimiento español que "limpia" el YouFit en Hammocks, Miami, FL no debe pasar la aspiradora o rociar productos químicos de olor fuerte en el equipo durante actividades de alto volumen, especialmente alrededor de las cintas de correr mientras las personas hacen ejercicio. El vacío emite un fuerte escape en el aire y nadie quiere respirar esa porquería mientras hace ejercicio.

Asimismo, en el spray químico Este hombre no tiene ningún sentido común o cualquier consideración para la salud de cualquier persona. Él debería ser despedido.

Awesome Experience

I have had only a positive experience at this club. The greeters who sign you in are fast friendly and always ask about your day and wish you a good workout My coach L. G. is the best. Always greets me with a big, sparkling smile and truly cares about you. He is my greatest supporter of my advancements. He greets me everytime I walk in even when he is with another client. There is no judgement if I have a slow day or if I do not do a routine exactly right. Other members offer to help me to get it right in a helpful tone. I highly recommend this gym over any other in the area. I have attended 3 other gyms and truly give them a thumbs down over Youfit.

Broken Equipment

My name is Vincent Vitale and I’ve been a member since 2012 I go to the Youfit and Weston sunrise and one of the stationary bench machines is three of them has not been working for over three months and I understand things break down what I don’t understand is where you could have someone come in and give them a brand new desk and you are in the front when you walk in but you can’t fix a bench that people need to use is only three of The benches I just think it’s on call for that I can get to use the facility to the fullest but you managed take my money out every month for the full membership every month and then the quarterly money that you take out I’d like to get a response back regarding this I spoke to the people at the gym and I says well when I gets fixed it gets fixed that’s not the answer.

Unethical sales behavior unauthorized transactions

Good afternoon , I have a big problem with you fit club so on May 24th I went in for assessment where as they take your weight and goals and test your endurance etc… I was with Sean the director or manager after the assessment we went into office of course he was trying to sell ,anyway I said two forty dollar sessions I wanted to try I paid 100 dollars on the 24th assuming that covered my training . I got an email a couple days later with a contract saying they was going to deduct my account 80$ bi weekly for 12 weeks which is a total of 580$!

They had a special going for 250$ for ten weeks at that time why would I pass up 250$ if I wanted to sign up for weeks ? I have been taken advantage of and misguided just to make a sale that was very unethical behavior. If I wanted to do a contract I would have signed up for the special which was 250$ by me not having the money I asked for two sessions 40$ if they didn’t have anything like that Sean should have said no we don’t have a session like that instead he took the initiative to make a unauthorized sale having me sign to something I totally was blind-sided of and then telling me I couldn’t cancel because I’m a day late I told him I just got the email of this contract and we did not discuss this at all. I’m very upset and feel abused by this .

Is there a way you can contact their corporate office because the director Sean is the guy that did this unauthorized transaction. Angry

Malísima experiencia con este lugar,quise darme de baja y cancelar la membresía y no lo hicieron ,te siguen cobrando en el banco ,para la cancelación tienes que ir personalmente no puede ser por Telef y te hacen pagar 10 dólares y el próximo mes ,ha sido una odisea cancelar la membresía con ellos ,se aprovechan de tener los números de tarjeta de las personas para seguirle cobrando y se escudan ante cláusulas del contrato que firmas donde en las letras pequeñas dicen que incluso para darse de baja someten una aplicación y sino es aprobada te niegan cancelar la membresía .Excusas para seguirte cobrando es una empresa que no es transparente y se aprovechan de sus clientes .Jamas iré allí ,incluso a muchas personas le está pasando esto con este lugar ,muchas quejas al respecto ,estoy planteándome llamar a Telemundo y denunciar el abuso con los clientes que tiene esa empresa .
