Money for nothing

We switched to YouFibre because of their spiel, and boy, were we conned! Our switch cost us £300+ and they promised over and over they would pay the difference.

Three tickets later and several emails back and forth with the con artist I originally spoke to, and nothing has changed! Grossly misleading company.

Answer the phone this is week 8 with no response from customer services. No incoming calls from land line.

I need this facility as I'm nearly house bound and connection to my life line. Bad indeed no customer care from this company
