Customer service is nonexistent
Received a pair of YS shoes, however, they have completely changed their sizing structure. I previously wore one size up, now, they are true to size, with no communication to prior customers.
No one answers their phone or responds to e-mail. Unacceptable for a company this size.

Do not order directly from Yosi Samra!!
I ordered a pair of shoes that look nothing like what they had online. I was informed that since I wore a larger shoe the pattern would be different.
I sent them a note and they said to return them 2-day priority. Mailed them as requested and I have never heard from them again.
Their phone number doesn’t work and they don’t respond to repeated emails. I am out $80 with apparently no hope of ever receiving anything.
