- Yorkville staff were friendly and helpful, and my order was processed quickly.

The Yorkville's associate was very friendly and helpful and processed my order quickly. I am a returning customer from what used to be the United States of America.
Our government is now under the control of the insurrectionists. I apologize for our horrible president and his stupid and rude words concerning Canada. Hopefully, this nightmare will end with the upcoming elections.
On a more pleasant note, my aunt absolutely loves the gift boxes and baskets from Yorkville's! Thank you for your wonderful products and great service!

I ordered a Christmas gift basket to be sent to a relative in ON. In spite of the fact that I provided an accurate address as well as a phone number, it was never delivered.
I was told by Yorkville's that an attempt to deliver was made, but according to the intended recipient, no delivery notice was ever made nor was a phone call made.
Yorkville's refused to reship without charging me an additional $40, nor would they offer me a full refund. Run This company is a fraud and their delivery carrier is also a fraud.

Scammed me by replacing products with those of lesser value breaking their own terms of service.
Ontario trades commissions are useless as hundreds on trustpilot have also been scammed but they refuse to investigate.

Hamper was delivered late with broken and rotting chocolate covered strawberries and only one champagne glass! This was a wedding gift and customer service was not helpful at all. Pretty much blamed me!

"our substitution policy stipulated in our terms and conditions, at times substitutions may be necessary to fulfill orders in a timely manner, especially in the event that an order is time-sensitive and intended for a special occasion." This is the response I got after my complaint about inappropriate substitution in the basket I ordered for my boss. Who knows how many times they did this to other customers

PLEASE DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!! I ordered a gift basket from Yorkvilles Toronto, and not only the gift arrived days after the birthday, but also main items (picnic set with a basket, glasses, cutlery were substituted with a can of nuts.
Gift was very expensive and I really am disappointed as it looks like they just receive money and scam people. I hope my review will save others from ordering at Yorkvilles
