Poor customer service--

York asked to close out a claim six months ago- adjuster would put NOTHING in writing even after repeated requests- finally put something in writing after 120 days- still waiting for payout paperwork at almost the 7 month mark on their request to pay off a claim.

Update- still waiting- returned final payout paperwork in Jan- This month March- received "updated" paperwork from York that they filled corrected paperwork with the court-- no answer to phone calls- so I called the court clerk- York messed up all the paperwork to the court and has 20 days to get everything right or we go in for a hearing-- needless to say I recontacted York again and let them know I talked to the court clerk about this uncontested payout and the continue issues with the adjuster... Clerk put all the information in my file and York is not happy that I contacted the court directly.

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN my dates of car rental use was 4th june 2019 to 16th September, 2019 at $25 per day, Christine Morado paid $1625 and now she has refused to pay my balance of $1000....Please I need to be helped because she no longer pick my calls and respond to my calls. my number is 817-583-**** my claim number is 687****. thank you

Just being ignored

I am a supposed recipient of York Services, I have a workers comp case, your company has been ignoring me for benefits from the start, you approved my claim yet very little is being done, my meds are always late and I have to wait weeks and over a month sometimes. It's not that hard to know that they are filled monthly, at the same pharmacy and written by the same provider that your company chose and approved. I would like to know if there is a number that I can call for complaints or is this self regulated like everything else you're supposed to provide? My attorney can't help with this for some reason!?

A driver for a pest control company pulled put in front of me and totaled my jeep

And his insurance company hired this third party claims adjuster company to deal with paying me for my car.These people are liers and crooks they lied to me and tricked me into signing a paper and promised me 3000dollars when i signed it and had it notarized the *** hole tells me there not paying for my car.There was no question it was the other guys fault.BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY ANY ONE WHO COMES IN CONTACT WITH THESE PEOPLE DONT TALK TO THEM JUST GO GET A LAWYER AND SUE THEM ITS YOUR ONLY CHANCE !!!The guys name was William holland or brice holland he is a lier and a criminal im suing these people and starting a class action law siut against them.
