Absolutely do NOTHING when notified of animal abuse
I never heard from the York pa ASPCA, Never! Not surprised as this is not the first time I had contacted them and received no reply.
They help abused animals, what a laugh. 3 contacts, no reply, no written, no return call, they are quick to take your donations though....
