Absolutely do NOTHING when notified of animal abuse
I never heard from the York pa ASPCA, Never! Not surprised as this is not the first time I had contacted them and received no reply.
They help abused animals, what a laugh.
3 contacts, no reply, no written, no return call, they are quick to take your donations though. Ben the shepard is still outside over 12 hours a day, no shelter, no food or water, NO help coming from the York, pa ASPCA, first contacted in early February, no more donations coming from me, my friends or relatives, spreading the word.
they never call back.
Case in point, right now there is a german shepard, 10 years plus living in a home behind me, known him as a pup, homeowner let some "people" move in supposedly temporary, they have 2 fogs of their own, so now this poor old Shepard is out in the yard up to 12 hours a day, NO shelter, no food or water, they will not allow him acess to the house, homeowner at work, notified homeowner no less than 5 times of the issue, dog barks non-stop. Now, I filed out the online form thru my local aspca, gave all the details, they say they will be in touch soon, did this twice, NO CALL BACK, two weeks ago now, yes they will take your money, ah but now I have cancelled my monthy donation, no more money from me, these people are a joke, still crying over this poor dog, winter time and he is lying on the cold ground, no help coming, SAD!!!
