Poor customer service

Hi I am from South Africa and i have done a purchase with Yoogi's closet on the 10th of December 2023.I purchased many items from the USA to South Africa and delivery is generally via DHL so when i did the purchase i then only saw that this was to be shipped with USPS.I then contacted the customer services at Yoogi's Closet to request for a change of the supplier for the delivery however they advised they do not use any other delivery service.i then went onto further explain my dilemma with the delay in the local postal services in south africa and packages not being despatched timely and also i am concerned due to the high value of the items.They say the package is shipped but i did check on the USPS site and it says not picked from shipper.

This is so highly disappointing for a mere request of change of delivery of supplier .

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered

User's recommendation: Check on the courier company prior to purchase due to international shipping as not every country is timeous with delivery and not every company is accommodating with their requests.
