They need to be stopped false advertising
They called and text me multiple times told me I was 100 percent approved for a zero down payment it turn out that they lied no matter how they put it they lied about my job verifying my credentials they lied about the zero down they false advertise soon as anyone gets there they have you wait about 4 hours then tell you that you have to pay 6 grand what happen to the zero down I honestly give them no stars because this site is mandatory I had to give them at least one star they not even worth a half of star

I have a 2004 KIA Sedona and I just bought a 2013 Kia Rio. At the time of purchase I was promised a free oil change and free check up. At 3000 miles I called the dealer for the 1st free oil change.
I was promised a 1st time free oil change and a check up by the sales rep. at the time of purchase. This morning when I contacted the manager MR. Jasson at Kia Yonkers. He informed me if I do not have any thing in writing they will not honor. Then I requested to talk to the GM. A sales manager Mr. Kith Maddex claiming to acting as GM informed me the same thing. He also added that the salesman may lie you left and right to get a sale and the commission. We do not honor any thing he says to get the sale. I did not expect this kind of saying as a Sales Manager acting to be the GM. This is disgusting. I request to all who are interested to buy a Kia have every thing recorded or in writing. As for me I will never ever recommend any one to buy a Kia. I also found out that on my 2004 Kia Sedona there was a recall, but I was never informed by the Company nor the dealer they want to keep everything hush hush. So beware on the Kia vehicles.
