Have called 12 times and 4 email claiming for a less than 1 year usage of a Yonex tennis racquet
I am not happy at all. I called 12 times, left messages, and emailed, but got no responses after 8 days of continuous calls and emails.
- Bad warranty
Preferred solution: To her my broken racquet replace or money back to her another racquet

Yonnex racquet under warranty broken in 2 pieces
It's very difficult to go through the channels; it seems nobody answers. I've left multiple messages with no success.

My only 2 months old racket frame was broken

Inappropriate evaluations
The badminton racket broke without any clash or collision. The tension of the strings was kept at 26, yet it still broke.
No one is listening to the real problem here in India. They are declaring the request to be not valid based on their assumptions.
Sunrise Sports Company, the seller of this product, is based in New Delhi. Please provide a solution.
