I still have not received my order.
I still have not received my order and I can't get in contact with nobody! What a headache!

I placed two orders. Items in the first were available, and everything had been shipped the next day - perfect delivery and quality.
The second order had the wrong size gloves in it, it was a pre-order, and customer services helped me to correct the size from 8OZ to 12OZ. Absolutely happy with the support, it was quick and helpful.

Verified ReviewerShipping Delay and Customer Service
YOKKAO product (gloves) took six weeks to be shipped. Company was not transparent about the shipping timeline when product was originally ordered.
Customer service follow up was poor. We had to reach out several times for updates. When product finally arrived, it was too large (not true to size). Company refused to pay the return shipping cost.
They insisted that we use their return shipping label and pay their increased return shipping costs. They actually required us to order their return label using our credit card.
We were once loyal customers.
We will never purchase YOKKAO products again. Disappointing experience all around.
