To. Cancel my contract

I have phoned Yoigo 5 times on different numbers and people. To try to cancel my contract.

My NIE X382****F my telephone number was 62212****. The service is impossible to use. Even my limited understanding of Spanish cannot comprehend people who speak so fast and i can never get anyone who speaks English.

I have now changed to another provider and wish to have no more dealings with Yoigo. Many thanks for your help.

Mobile can't send or receive calls

Since last Friday my mobile has stopped sending or receiving calls. Similarly my wife's is the same.
