I was automatically subscibed and I did not agree with it.
I went online to use the free trial as I have not been subscribed for a few years and my credit card was charged for a year! I DID NOT ask or give permission to be subscribed.
I want what I was charged to be pro-rated and for you to return the balance of the not used service (4/1/24-1/4/25) to my credit card. Please let me know how this can be resolved.
