Try as I might I could not get to speak to an agent. Wanted to get some information about your warranties before I made a purchase. I liked the look of some of you recliners but I need to speak to an agent / associate and that just wasnt happening

All the contact numbers that are listed for yodel Incorporated no longer work or disconnected. No customer service to talk to.
So I'm continued charged $79.99 for a website I can do nothing about.
I can't alter it I can't change it I can't edit it. Done
I need someone to contact me regarding my website please! Charges are continued but no way to contact anybody.

Can't get in contact with them my parcel hasn't turned up and can't get a refund as I don't have the item,

Cancellation
Dawn -cancelled she was friendly. Not really a pissed consumer just made an alternative choice and needed to cancel something we had multiples of. They made an offer to lower rates last time I had called unfortunately that wasnt in the cards this time either way.
Yodle will ruin your online presence
Do NOT advertise with Yodle. They will ruin your online presence.
They promised me the world and how great hey were and could I handle the extra business...I got ZERO calls after 3 months. When I tried to cancel, got the run around. I asked for a refund, never got one. They have high pressure sales tactics and will promise you the world and when you try to cancel will pressure you even more.
My SEO organic search has been damaged by these guys, I used to show up organically and now I don't.
Do not advertise with Yodle they will ruin your business presence on the internet. I am surprised there hasn't been a class action lawsuit against these lying clowns.

YODLE is a joke
Do not...I repeat do not ever use YODEL. They are liars and they don't do what is promised.
To top it of ...they over charged me 3 months and never got my money back. Never got one lead! I usually don't get upset about this petty stuff. But enough is enough!
Some one should regulate these so-called SEO guys. 75% are crooks! Cant find anyone who doest lie. Glorified salesmen is all they are.

Signed up, tried to cancel, got the stonewall.
On March 2nd I was cointacted by Erin Millender regarding internet services. After much badgering, I signed up and gave her my credit card #. Early the next morning I emailed her to cancel my purchase (March 3rd). She did not respond so I called the company's customer service #, and emailed customer service to have my credit card be refunded the funds. ($998).
I received an email saying that a 'customer service representative would call me back. I emailed them back, telling them that was no necessary. They should just refund my money since I changed my mind. On March 5th, I emailed them again asking about my refund. I received a call from Sonny who told me he would take care of it. Then he proceeded to tell me how much Yodle had already invested in 'my success'. I asked him again to process the refund. He continued to filibuster. I had to hang up on him because he would not confirm he was going to process the refund.
Later that evening I received an email from Sonny telling me the had to 'review' my refund at high management.
It seems to me they are trying to run out the clock and hope I will tire of trying to get my money back. Both contacts with this company have been negative. The people, Erin, and Sonny do not listen when you tell them something, and Erin is very high pressure. Sonny will agree and agree about the refund, but not process it, refusing to confirm he will refund the money.
I received no services from Yodle,. I cancelled within hours of the agreement. Their refusal to issue a proper refund, and the delays and endless excuses are not tolerable. I want my money back.

Yodle .com sold me an adversite, and promised me the world.
A couple months ago, I made contact with an internet advertising company/ search engine optimization company.
I have worked with search engine optimization companies in the past and have been thoroughly disappointed. But they did not charge me nowhere near the amount that I have paid Yodle.com.
The gentleman I spoke to assured me that if i spent my money with them (I would not be disappointed).
I was told I would receive any where from 20 to 50 calls a month in the first month and it only gets better after that. I am paying well over $800.00 a month for this adversite, and let me tell you; I am getting the shaft, really hard! They are not delivering on any of their promises, and they know they can get away with it because they also disclose there are no guarantees.
I was told that I would have a designated professional marketing consultant. Wow! What a freakin joke!
I can`t get in touch with this guy ever! The only time I see any action on my account is when I call them and complain about no calls or emails. Funny how that works! Huh? You would think that *** near $1000.00 a month would be enough for them to do there freakin jobs!
I emailed them my company logo and 2 links I wanted them to add to my site. Two weeks later all I had was a blurry logo and no links added. Finally; I pitched a *** and sent a scathing email. After that they seemed to have no trouble getting things loaded onto my adversite. The "marketing consultant" called to apologize and offered an insulting discount for their insufficiency. What a freakin JOKE!
I am pissed off and I intend to pursue compensation in full.
I will also be contacting the better business bureau to make sure they are held accountable for there lies.
YODLE.COM What A Joke!
Only its not funny, cause they are costing me almost a thousand dollars a month.
