Verified ReviewerSmoker will not start at all.This has to be withdrawn as I discovered the problem, the electrical cord had become slightly loose and that is the real problem.
Just had to w Iggle cord and everything was perfect. My appolpgies to Yoder and jumping the gun there. Product is extremely terrific.Defiitly buy Yoder.Shop around but make sure look atYoder.

Preferred solution: Nothing as the problem was mine. I should have checked the cord first.

Clogged auger
Yoder 640 auger was clogged. Water got in and cemented the pellet dust. Advisor nailed it on my issue and how to fix. Much appreciated he answered the phone on a Sat morning.
User's recommendation: Very helpful. Actual person answered the phone.
