Order mess up
When I opened my four pair of jeans. The Style C110756 has a defective spot in the material all way across the leg.
I dont think that I should be responsible for the shipping cost of shipping them back because this was not my fault. When returned you can either refund or send back another pair but if you dont care could you please replace them with a 3. When I placed this order I ordered 2 of one size and 2 of another because Ive lost 40 lbs and Im trying to see which fit the best and the 3 did.
The jeans in my pants are about 98% YMI JEANS. Thanks!

Didn’t get the issue fixed. Talked to customer service and was told if I liked they could remove me from their subscription.
I gave the pants to a friend that wears shorts. I don’t wear shorts. They can be cut off for shorts but would be shorter than I would have worn if I wore shorts so I just lost this pair of pants.
Want be buying anymore jeans from this company. Stay away!
Got some jeans that are defective. The material has a defective place across one of the legs and I dont think I should be responding for paying for the shipping to send it back.
Love the pants. YMI IS 97% of the jeans in my closet and I tell everyone how comfortable they are. But since they are defective and have to be replaced Id like to go from a 5 to a 3.
I ordered both sizes. Not knowing which would fit better because Ive lost 40 pounds.

Its very hard to get your refund back. You get a run around after it cost you and arm and a leg to send back.
