Complaint! 13/12/2016
I have been going to the Massey Ymca in Auckland New Zealand since 2009, and have found that certain personal trainers, {instructors} here to be unfriendly, and disrespectful towards me. And judgmental towards me for the way I look.
They only talk to certain people, and ignore others. I believe everyone should be treated equally, no matter how they look. Either that person be an introvert, or an extravert. They all deserve respect.
Also the fact that I have been a paying customer, since 2009. I would never treat my customers this way. We live in a diverse cultural city, with a large variety of different ethnic groups, and an even wider variety of individuals.
Going to the gym for me is a way to release stress. I don't expect to come to a place like this, and end up going away feeling worse.
