Lack of YMCA's ability to handle a complaint

19 weeks and waiting for money to be reimbursed. Money taken from my account after I had cancelled my membership.

Park Slope YMCA

Staff constantly blaring radios. They yell so loud in removes and semblance of rationality. Enough noise pollution in New York without having to pay for more noise. Sometimes they are so busy yelling back and forth for Ego or to be heard that they can't comprehend what customers are saying. I wish all who work on 9th street the best of luck but they are in bad need of customer relations classes and continued training. If this is not down I am afraid the organization as a non-profit should lose its standing as such. Lets fix the problem before it gets worse. Bad Customer Service. Bad work ethics. Not Christian behavior.

Most recently cancelled my membership with this gym. The : YMCA. Address:8875 Adams Ave California 92646. Phone number:(714)378-****. Asked the managers: Ms. Bree and Mr.Weezer on March 21,2016 for one request. Please have all your employees not address me by my first name. Why? Because the first name is for friends and family. Not a business or proprietor. The company should have all at will employees address a customer as : Sir or Ms. then the last name. Unless its in writing other wise. I called and canceled : March 28,2016. Why at will employee : Mr. Chance went into the male bathroom and stated the following: " He yelled out, are you almost done he then yelled out my name". He was walking strange in the male locker room: He was walking in a squat like position . As though he was in need of a anima. Also with his zipper down. It appeared some what gay and very unprofessional . Next: at will employee: Alex if this is his name looked into the mirror of where I was shaving. He tilted his head and gave a gay smirk. As though he was aware his co worker was going to misbehave . Continuing: With the permission of the franchise owner? Continuing: To do constructive discharge. I informed: Manager: Berrie. My wish to cancel. She gladly stated you are cancelled. I asked her to reimburse me. She refused. I am not using the gym. I paid for three months do not like the customer service. Harassment and selective enforcement authorized by the franchise owner. will now write up all the : YMCA'S. (714)378-****

This is another review of ymcas in general. Thanks for the heartattack ymca. Yes thats right. I have had a heartattack and now under the care of a cardiologist. If the ymca dont believe me ask the *** who made me have it. Wendy thanjs for making everthing possible and for elise hey having afternoon tea with my brother are you.
