YLMART is a SCAM. They lie about their products
They sent me an Item I did not order. I placed my order on 7/12/2020, my order arrived on 9/4/2020.
But it is not what I ordered. I ordered a Visual Land Prestige 10QL 10 Inch Tablet Case.
They sent me some kind of Bull*!#%! which is a piece of straight CRAP.

Ordered Samsung cable 3rd February, given the runaround and sending another cable.
That was 8th., March. Today 16th March they say it is ready to leave Bejing.
Utter rubbish.
They gave fancy sending info which just showed it bouncing around Bejing. Many bad reviews of not getting goods. Try Ylmart reviews.
All maximum bad. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CROOKS.

So they contacted me about product and either I can get store credit or send back the product which it would cost me more for the shipping to me and back to them. I will never go to this company again nor do I recommend them to anyone.
I'm wanting to return a defective item. Ive been trying to contact someone (anyone) but they don't answer the phone and the email doesnt work.

Yesterday I ordered a Canon vixia HF R800 phone charger to replace the one I thought I lost. Today, I accidentally found it in a location that no earthly person would ever go to look.

Canceling order
I've placed an order and they charged me shipping that wasn't specified before order was placed. I've been trying to cancel the order through email and I've called many times, and costumer service is never available.
I've left messages, with no response.
I do not want the item to be shipped so they'll habe an excuse to make me pay for something I don't want. I'm very frustrated with this company and I'm taking this issue to the Better Buseness Bureaux.
