Cannot track my package order number Y1046****

To whom it may concern: I've been trying to track my order since it was supposed to be shipped the 14 of January, but haven't had any update regarding my shipment. I would like to know the status of my order please. Santiago Soní Velasco.

Bad Return policy

I even have a trade account with this company but yet they will not take a return of unused still in box product under 90 from purchase without charging me both shipping AND 25% restocking fee. I have made MANY purchases from them and this is just bad service to end a relationship.
