We just moved into our house in November of 2022 and everything had been redone in our house including new window. It is now 3/2/2023 and two of the windows on the lower sash are broke.

One window glass was already cracked when we bought the house and the owner then was supposed to replace it and never did the other window a crack appeared out of nowhere and just kept spreading the entire window now

Poor quality and poor service

Avoid YKK windows These windows leak badly Their service is also terrible They say they will come and work on your issue and then dont show up.

User's recommendation: Do not purchase.
