New home build with YKK window issues
America's Home Place just built my home with YKK windows. The windows are not airtight.
We are going through a cold spell in North Central Florida, and you can feel the cold air coming in through the windows. The screens don't even fit properly; bugs are coming in between the window and the screen, constantly getting into the house.
One window is obviously warped. Just take a straight edge to it.

Verified ReviewerWe just moved into our house in November of 2022 and everything had been redone in our house including new window. It is now 3/2/2023 and two of the windows on the lower sash are broke.
One window glass was already cracked when we bought the house and the owner then was supposed to replace it and never did the other window a crack appeared out of nowhere and just kept spreading the entire window now

These windows leak badly
Their service is also terrible
They say they will come and work on your issue and then dont show up.
