Order 898 from November 2019 has not shipped and my $99.15 was taken from my account. No response from the website and can't locate them.

NEVER ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM
THEY LIED ABOUT HAVING MY PRODUCT IN STOCK, SAID IT WOULD MAYBE BE THREE WEEKS OR MORE BEFORE IT CAME IN. I AM TRYING TO CANCEL.
THEIR WEBSITE SAYS AWARD WINNING CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE PHONE NUMBER GOES IMMEDIATELY TO VOICEMAIL. THEY HAVE NOT RESPONDED TO MY MSGS NOR EMAILS, I AM TRYING TO CANCEL MY ORDER.
