I never received my W2 form. I would like my form to be sent to my email address or mailed to me again, please.

Complaint about disgusting store

Products on shelves are months past expiration dates. Milk was 10 days past exprised date.

Washing food items in mop sink because dish sink floods the back room when used. Floor feel slippery from grease. Whole store smells like burnt grease. Employees get reprimanded for throwing out outdated food.

If some isn't done, I'll file a complaint with the health department. Clarion iowa store
