Yeedis M12 Robot Vac didn't work around mirrors and sliding glass windows; so they accepted the device back; which was returned. But NO REFUND!

They wanted to much personal information sent via email; I demanded a contact number - NO NUMBER GIVEN.

Why do I have to pay wire transfer charges that range uo to $50 per transaction?

User's recommendation: Be very careful, because their product doesn't work in homes that have mirrors or sliding glass doors; which is not revealed on their website or ads.
