Submitted request to remove listing containing personal and private information, but it has not been removed.

Site collects personal data, address, phone number, name. There is no way to remove or contact them.

The info they provide for contact is FAKE. Better Business Bureau in NY has done NOTHING to remove this site.

YES I said it.They are criminals. They put up name address and phone ect and then flat out refuse to remove it.

No REAL LEGIT business does this. I called and e mailed with no response. I sent my complaint to the Nebraska Attny general fraud investigation unit for consumers. The attny general phoned e mailed and sent certified letters with zero response.

Rest assured people they are crooks. I finally dumped our land line, but my dat is still there. They are 100% Crooks. Nuwber was bad but at least nuwber removes data about 2 weeks after an email request.

Ybiz has zero interest in privacy. Bunch of out right crooks who quite frankly should be in striped suits and behind bars.

Tried calling them and no answer, yet they know how to put your info out there but yet refuse to answer if you call. This is a major privacy concern and now im getting harrassing calls since my info is out there. I want them to remove my info!! I dont even understand how these people got my details but maybe if enough people complain, then maybe something will get done.

The phone number i called to reach them doesnt even have a voicemail to leave a message.

I am the victim of theft and harrassment and with my info out there its msking it easy for criminals to have my info! I want my info removed!

I have emailed the company easily 10-15 times. They have never responded and will not remove my personal information.

This is causing major issues to me and my family. Personal safety, livelihood and security is non-existent to them. They simply don't care.

If someone in my family is hurt I can say nothing more than they had a hand in it. It's fully repugnant behavior.

I have called and emailed forever, they will not take my personal information down, if I wanted my address posted I would have done it myself, What do I need to do??? Blow my *** brains out to get the internet marketing to stop giving my personal info out??????

I have been trying to remove my personal information from Ybiz for several months. I have sent six email requests and left countless voicemail messages with clear requests to have all of my personal information removed.

They have not replied to one inquiry or respected my rights to privacy. The contact at the bottom of their web page directs where one can opt out of having one's personal information listed on their site. It does no good.

https://www.ybiz.com/contact/ The only recourse is to take it to the State Attorney General's Office and file a formal complaint. They have clearly broken the law, and do so with no regard to who may be adversely affected by their non-permitted disclosures of personal information.

I Googled my cell phone number just to see what would come up, which I have done from time to time with no interesting results... until now.

Today, I was upset to find that there my cell phone number is on ybiz.com, listed next to my full name and address right there on Google. You don't even have to click on the link to see my private information, since it's all right there in the Google search result. Of course ybiz.com lists no company information about themselves whatsoever, nothing about who they are, as in the name of anyone who works there. It's just some mystery website.

When you look them up on a whois, of course their domain registration is private. Their contact address on ybiz.com is some random address in Queens that doesn't even come up in a Google search. Who knows if "19-09 21st Street, Unit 2A, Astoria, NY" is even a real address.

Anyone gone there to find out? They care nothing about anyone else's privacy, but heaven forbid anyone knows who *they* are.

I have never heard of this company or website until I did a search on my street address to locate a neighbor. I was astonished to find my name, address and phone number listed on this site.

They obtained my personal information illegally. I have no recourse to remove it, other than paying $250-300 to have my attorney send them a letter. I have reported them to FTC.gov. Since that site is inundated with complaints, I have no idea when they will ever get to my case.

There was another website, nuwber that also had my personal info. However, there was a link on their website where you could request to have your personal info removed. They removed it asap, though I have a feeling I'll be in the search engine for awhile. I feel helpless with this yBiz site; it appears they just opened their site this year, gleaning info probably from nuwber.

Nuwber also obtained my info illegally, but at least I was able to get it removed. With yBiz, there's no recourse.

If I contact them using their Contact Form on their website, all they'll do is sell my email address and I'll get tons of spam as a result. I hope there's some way to shut them down and get my personal info off their site.

Ybiz is a site that lists your phone number, email address, home address and other personal information. They are a stalker's dream come true!

They say you can remove the information. You can't. They do not respond to calls or emails. What they have done is operate illegally by doing so.

They are required by law to remove information once it is requested. They have also broken the law by hacking into private documents to put up your information on their site. A phone number is not public record and never has an email address been either. They likely operate overseas.

They are truly pathetic. Submit complaints online through the FTC and your state's attorney general's office so that we can have our privacy back and stop criminals from attacking us further.

YBiz.com posts someone's name, address, and phone number without permission or consent.

There is a privacy policy on the site that says: "yBiz.com takes your privacy seriously. We have put in place basic common sense practices in place to ensure that your information is protected."

However, if you ask them to remove your personal information, they will ignore you and never respond.

You can use the Contact Us form on the site, send a letter to their office address at 19-09 21st Street, Unit 2A, Astoria, NY 11105, or leave a message at 718-475-****. They will not respond. All contact information is BOGUS!

They DO NOT care about your privacy! Their privacy policy is a JOKE! They are exposing innocent people to identity theft, stalking, and scams.

DO NOT do business with this unprofessional, unethical company.

I don't know where they got my name, but I tried contacting them by email and phone with no response, they show the world exactly where you live, with a map, I even join to see if the is a place to remove or change information, nothing, Pissed OFF
