Verification for money on account
I am trying to do the verification form on the Yay Casino website, but it will not let me do anything because it keeps saying my account is under review for verification. How the heck can it be under review when you guys won't even let me verify my account?

I attempted to reach out to the company multiple times regarding all issues in attempts to resolve. The merchant has fully discontinued all contact and conversations with me.
They will not address the issue at hand even though they reply to reviews stating that they have and will. At this point I'm looking at other options to resolve.
closed my account with coins still in it!! I asked for a short break and they closed it fully! support will not reply!!

I've played at this online casino for quite some time and finally won a decent amount of a little over $14,000.00. When I attempted to cash out, I had to submit documents for verification of my identity.
That was 12 days ago, and it is still pending. It has never taken this long for any other casino to verify and pay out. I have played quite a bit of back, in hopes that they would honor a smaller amount, but they still say my verification is pending. Numerous customer service emails all come back the same...
the verification team is reviewing my submission. Whatever.
They are crooked. I will never spend another dime with them.

Games are never up I've spent over 2 grand and never won anything this company is 100 percent robbing me I put it to the test and recorded my gameplay to prove that they robbed me I wanna get a lawyer involved cause this has to stop. I lost thousands and never cashed out anything and only had one chance to cash out then on top of that I've only received 30$ the WHOLE TIME IVE PLAYED WITH THEM FOR LOYALTY this company is trash and needs to be removed.
