I tried to handle a dispute about Red Heart Yarn and they just dismissed as being my fault . They offered me a measly amount as a refund and would only do it and deal with them!!!!

I had made an afghan using Red Heart yarn and pattern . It was a horrible mess and after me sending them all the info they wanted. They offered me a measly amount and gave me a ridiculous amount for my trouble and that had to be ordering from them. with no tax or shipping included!! I intend to pass this on to all my knitting friends and tell them. BEWARE!!! Thank you. Margot Johnson
