Cell phone case

I purchased a cell phone cover for $14.99 on yardsellr from Kathy shields I have been leaving messages for her for the last month with no response I'm very angry, I want the item or my money back. This is not the first time this has happened with this company please get something done I'm not happy i know it's closing but I expect to get my items I expect to get my items when I ordered them. I should not have to chase people down to get my items.i want something done about this as soon as possible
