Poor Product Performance - Terrible Customer Service

Save your money!
After one winter season, the winter cover developed large rips and tears on all four sides. This winter cover, purchased directly from Yardistry, does not stand up to the winter elements and is not worth the investment.
I communicated with customer service, sent numerous pictures, and they have stopped responding to my concerns. In my opinion, the winter cover is poorly designed and the materials used do not stand up to the winter elements.
I requested a refund due to the poor design and performance... now silence.
