I just need to know if my payment went through

Called to see if my payment went through, and the customer service representative told me there's no one available for residents, only property managers. Last time I made a payment, it was so smooth and simple.

I received approval and confirmation immediately. I just wish this experience was the same.

And there's customer support for the residents. Now my payment may be late.

would you please reset account so I can enter checking account again

hello, would you please reset my account at 17 Social - attempted to add a checking account to pay aivy derry 17 social unit #404 rent and got locked out because I entered an incorrect verification amount, when I finally entered the correct amount of 17 cents exceed number of attempts to enter the verification amount, tonight entered a savings account as back up and waiting to verify that. would prefer to use checking account ending in 7762.

please reset her page so I can enter bank information again ACH number and account number and await to enter the verification deposit in my checking account. thank you
