Plant order questions

I purchased two kumquat trees in September 2023 from mycitrus.com evidently they are now Yarden. It was 7 months ago and both trees are now dead.

I sent all of the requested information and photos only to find out that the trees only had a 45-day return. I usually purchase all of my trees through fast-growing trees.com but they did not have the trees I needed at the time.

Every time I have gotten a plant either from Lowe's or online at a retail store they plants always have a year warranty 45 days is hardly enough for a plant to take root. These were very expensive trees and I'm very disappointed in this company and will no longer give them my business.

Our warranty protects the customer from any issues that may have arisen in transit or within the nursery. Due to the fact that the tree had been in the customer's care for about 6-7 months, we offered to replace his trees with a significant discount, essentially at cost, if he would like to try again.
