Don't Trust Martinsburg Lawyer Matthew Yanni
I have seen some incompetent lawyers in my life, but Matthew Yanni may be the worst. It's rare to find an attorney that can combine almost no legal talent with a complete lack of integrity.
Mr. Yanni apparently doesn't understand that an attorney is supposed to fight for their client and protect their rights. Since Mr. Yanni can't find enough people foolish enough to pay him money for his "legal skills" he has to rely on cases appointed for him by a judge which may explain why Mr. Yanni rolls over when the judge tells him not to contest evidence or bad warrants.
Even if you know NOTHING about the law you would be better off representing yourself than have Matthew Yanni as your lawyer.

My son is in prison because Yanni didn't fight for him,he was granted another trial but Yanni refused to comply, we're now looking into what we can do about it.
