Businesses like Yandex should be shut down by governments, especially for not providing an email or a phone number for customer support. I cannot get into my Yandex account that has my old phone number, which I cannot use anymore for phone number verification.
I do not want a malicious person who miraculously has my old phone number to get into my Yandex account with phone number verification for identity theft. I do not want my identity stolen. Therefore, I want my Yandex account permanently closed since my old phone number can potentially cause identity theft if a malicious person uses it to get into my Yandex account. However, Yandex does not have a phone number or email to contact about getting my Yandex account permanently deleted to avoid identity theft.
Thus, I am going to need a lawyer to make sure a Yandex representative permanently deletes my Yandex account or gives me back access to it.
I do not want my old phone number lying around, waiting for a malicious person to use for gaining access to my old accounts to conduct identity theft. It's really bad that society allows these corrupt businesses to exist that make people vulnerable to identity theft when they cannot access their accounts anymore unless they have phone number verification from their old phone numbers, which can be transferred to malicious people who can use these old phone numbers for identity theft against those who cannot access their accounts anymore.

After having multiple email accounts both domestically and internationally and never being able to find one that has functionality, extreme security, ease of use, and innovative features, I finally discovered Yandex. What a joy it is!
Do not believe any of the negative reviews, rumors or whatever. It is totally secure and if you get the $3 a month plan, which is well worth it, you get no spam, no ads, no unsolicited emails, and in fact, you have to give permission for someone to even send you an email if it's not an individual. You will have total control of your email plus multiple other features like 'Go ask Alice AI' and too many other innovative firsts that I've seen to list here.
The corporate monsters that are Google's Gmail and Yahoo can't even come close whether you have paid subscriptions or not. I've had both with both of these and more.

My suggestion would be to ask any 12 year old neighbor for help, as kids are usually a little more internet savvy than adults. In your case, an 8 year old might work.
