Resolved: Poor service
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. That did the right thing.
Ordered parts on 10-28-23 I was told I would receive them by 11-10-23.
Never received the parts or any comunication.
One employee told me they would send them out the week of 11-10-23. When I called them on 11-14-23 and I told them it had already been over three weeks, cancel my order. I was then hung up on three times before getting to someone that could finally cancel my order.
Very poor customer service I would not recommend this company for anything.
