I had a warranty exchange transaction and received excellent customer service with a real live person. Warranty is outstanding and I love my rack. 5 stars for everything I had experience with on this list.

Because you have lousy customer service.
I had great experience with customer service once I got a hold of them. Inter net sent me to someone who claimed to be Yakima customer service wanted me to pay 5.00 dollars to talk to them asked me for credit card information, I would not give them my information.
