This is samantha palifax of yaffa wigs outlet . I bought from her before and if you return a piece it is to yaffa new york so they are affiliated .i have been waiting 9 months since paying 2000 dollars with excuse after excuse of illness( not vacation ) hospital appointments every excuse .

She kept my 2000 dollars and sent me absolutely nothing despite my pleas .. Please please dont let her take your money from you . Neithet her or yaffa have responded to any of my emails asking for a refund OR the piece ...

Very very bad company . I need my money back .

I paid 2000 dollars through paypal last september to samanth palifax Have received nothing !! I email everyday also emailed yaffa . Please dont order from these people they will rip you off . I begged for refund or the piece and nothing !! Discraceful !

Why didn't you go through Paypal to file a claim. They would have helped you immediately, since you never received anything.

Problem with delivery

Slow, Unprofessional company, did not get what I ordered!

I ordered a human hair/synthetic blend wig from Yaffa Wig Outlets. I did not hear from them for a month, even though their claim was that wigs were shipped in 2-3 business days. I finally heard from Samantha, who said she had been on vacation. She informed me that the wig I ordered was much darker than the color I had ordered. I responded that I did not want a darker wig and I asked that she cancel the order and refund the purchase price. I did not hear from her again and the darker wig was shipped to me five weeks after I ordered it. The outlet policy states that they will not allow me to return the wig. I will NEVER recommend Yaffa wigs to anyone. They were slow, did not honor my request even though they could not fill the order correctly. Do not order from them
