I wish I read this earlier. I am in the same fix with these people, ordered a part and paid extra for expedited services, a week later they haven't shipped.
Initially after complaining to them, they marked item as shipped and provided a USPS tracking number. I have been tracking this number for past three days it says item has not reached USPS.
Now all I want is a full refund, I don't want anything else to do with these lazy people. Let this be a warning to anyone intending to enter into a transaction with them.
Was this not ever settled? Did you ever get your part or did you just get your money back?
Just curious as I am really considering ordering a part from them off of eBay. Of course though, eBay would be more vigilant at making sure that they kept up on their end of the bargain.
Yes they finally sent the part. They did however Make the excuse stating that they did contact me to say there would be a seat.
This is B.S.
and if I would have really received this notice, I would have never made complaints about this company..
