XTERRA WETSUITS - New suit returned unworn
XTERRA has no connected phone and no customer service, Yet has websites claiming both. XTERRA does not honor returns, even when still new and unused, although they have built a website detailing both. Deceitful and Fraudulent

User's recommendation: Just try calling them before buying. If you can find a real human response that is not an email, then go ahead. Otherwise, know that they have no personnel on the IUS.

Scammers deluxe!

Avoid at all costs! Scammers and very dishonest! I should have written this a year or more ago! They lied and I was taken for my money as they said they would refund, and they did not! "They" sent wrong size. I sent item back to their specifications. They said they would refund and never did. I never received a refund and was charged for item never re-received! Now transaction turned into a collection agency for an item I never received back and had to pay for. The staff was incredibly rude! HORRIBLE!

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I received a wetsuit about three weeks ago. I actually really love the wetsuit and think its excellent quality but I realized I just dont need it. The wetsuit arrived in a box with no invoice and no information about how to make a return. I sent multiple emails and tried to contact him directly but never heard back from them. I purchased the item through PayPal and have now initiated a dispute because Im simply trying to return their item and get my money back. Very frustrating. A customer shouldnt have to work this hard

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. Three weeks ago I received a wetsuit which is actually awesome and I really love it but I realized I did not need it after all. The item arrived in a box without any type of invoice or anytl information as to how to make a return. I contacted them via email and via phone and never heard back from them. I made this purchase through PayPal and have now initiated a dispute through PayPal hoping that they can reach Xterra and they will get back to me as to how I can actually return this item. It should not be this hard.
