Ripped me off

Was having a malware problem three years ago and some how I contacted this company. Instead of calling Apple tech. support directly. They supposedly fixed my problem and I paid like a fool $669.99 for a three year contract. Recently Found out that the protection items they installed were not really any good. I recently contacted my Apple Store and hooked up with a real tech. person who for no charge helped me get rid of the bogus stuff. Unfortunately for me I paid this company on line through my checking account. Cannot retrieve my money. My loss but a lesson well learned.

And the search finally ended at XpertCrew

I was searching for a PC support and all my efforts are getting in vain until I found the number of XpertCrew. I tried many numbers from the Internet and all were scams. Even contacting Apple support was not so much fruitful. The technician from Apple support was not polite at all and told that he is not able to fix my problem. But the technician from XpertCrew helped me out in a very friendly manner and helped me to get my problem fixed. Now, I contact XpertCrew for all my technical problems, be it big or small. Through support services are a bit costlier than I have estimated, all in all helpful.
