Dear CHRIS EBERT/ Xpert Credit Repair/ The Law Offices of J. Gannon Helstowski | Ramos Law Firm
I gave your company years to respond to this letter and to take the necessary steps to address these issues.
If I do not hear back from your company or if no action is taken, I will be forced to escalate my concerns to the relevant authorities and pursue legal action if necessary.
I believe that I have given your company ample time to rectify these issues, and unfortunately, I have not seen any improvement in the quality of service provided. As a customer, I have not received the level of service that I expect from a credit repair company. I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received, and I believe that your company needs to take immediate action to address these issues. YOU SCAMMED ME!
Despite my numerous attempts to contact you to resolve this issue, I have not received a response or any form of communication from your business.
Your lack of response and unfulfilled obligations have caused me significant stress and inconvenience, and I demand that you refund me.
Failure to do so will result in me taking legal action against your business and reporting you with agencies below.
1.Federal Trade Commission (FTC):
2.Consumer Financial Protection Bureau
3.Credit Reporting Agencies: You can also contact the three major credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion) directly to report suspected fraud. They have fraud departments that can investigate your company.
