They reached out, but everything stayed the same. They claimed that the broken laptop was not broken. And also, they are re-selling this laptop without repairing it!!!

They sent me factory faulty laptop. Then I've sent it back and they refunded.

In refund they included stocking fee.

So they stole from me 700$ for faulty laptop + transportation payments. Disappointing.

"They sold me a pc they didn't have! I waited 12 days for them to tell me (When I complained) that they didnt have it in stock!

It was coming from the manufacturer. Not the way to do bussiness or keep steady customer base.

They might want to adjust their business practices or go out of. I CANCELED!!"

I recently ordered a new laptop for my wife, who does computer science for a living. It is a newer model MSI with a few upgrades installed by Xotic PC.

They started on my order the next business day, and gave me a call when they had shipped it.

The laptop arrived in my P.O. Box very soon thereafter, and was packaged expertly.

The laptop was very clean, everything worked well.

My only complaint is that a few days ago, I went to purchase a desktop from them, and I accidentally fell asleep for a few hours while customizing it. When I woke up, they had sold out of the particular model-- but I don't blame them for this.

Horrible customer service and don't honor their warranty

This company is horrible when it comes to customer service. They do not uphold their warranty agreement and have to send the machine out back to the manufacture to have the repairs done.

I thought they would do the work themselves but I have on two occasions had to send my computer out for repairs while under warranty which took months and still have to pay for the repairs. This is such a scam its pathetic. If you plan on buying from them, beware. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company.

I am highly disappointed and wish I never spent such a large amount of money on a product that I thought was going to be 1, better quality and 2, have better service. Horrible horrible company. If there was a "zero" star that what I chose. 1 star is too large.

Had to request manufacturer's repair after 2 month from buying the product.

First of all, spend several months and the computer now requires RMA, Xotic was unable to help took me several times to request that RMA, then when I wanted to correct my review for them, they played dum-dum, all of them like they will put the request to correct it, that was my third time to request that correction as I am still waiting for my computer from RMA.

If you know other suppliers use them Xotic will create nothing but stress and you will waste more money. Also heard sager is good, but $1400 machine with upgrades should not break down so quickly. The issue is screen not coming back from sleep, it wasn't software.

Its Simple, I Purchased a +$3500 System for Visuals, not Just Gaming, New prema was an option on Sager not Msi systems, I asked when it was released and discovered it after the fact and found the item in the search bar, contact support to purchase... $100.00 I Was told that Xotic , I was told it did not exist, I proved it existed, then was told that I would have had to get it at the time of the purchase, again another lie....Then I was told with msi's approval they would sell it, they would never attempt to get it and no-one at MSI knew anything about it and I was told to ask my reseller..

Well I was patient.....Until The MSI support chat started to get flaky and phone system issues and the untimely demise of the CEO via the sudden stoppage of the human body from 7 stories, and brain matter hitting concrete(7 stories)..... The Entire time asking for this bios I have been strung along... they never attempted to get it for me....And I Do not trust they made they attempt, as a Prema Partner they could sell me what I am after without an issue.... But Instead want to string me along...

And are Attempting to remove my reviews As I post them.. That will not happen.

A good company that gets to many bad fake reviews.

They literally will solve almost any issue you have if you actually take the time to reach out to them, most reviews literally just are lazy people who didn't read the fine print or understand anything about how computers work.

Unusable PC and Bad tech Support

The computer never worked from the moment I received it. It kept crashing.

I spent many days on the phone with tech support doing various diagnostics. It seemed like they did not know what they were even looking for. They then asked me to send the computer back but then asked me to send back the RAM instead. I did.

The RAM came back and the computer still did not work.

Then they wanted be to update the BIOS but they kept sending the wrong updates. Finally they said my warranty was up after 6 months of having a useless computer that never worked from the beginning.

From original contact to company to return of laptop: January —> April 26. Entire semester of college as a CS major with no computer.

*. Basically, they send you an email asking a question, you reply, a week and a half to two weeks later they send a follow up question... SERIOUSLY?! This is a business practice for a critical need product?

- The value of their laptop = $0. Barely lasted a year. - The value of their 2 year warranty = $0. Had to pay $700 to get laptop back.

- The value of their repair business = $0. You can build an entire computer in 1/20 the time it took them to repair one. - The value of their overall business = $0.

A computer company that thinks it’s ok to go half a year without your computer? Sager and Xotic PC rating = *** Horrific Company(s).

1 year ago I bought my son a $1,700 Xotic laptop for college. He is a computer science major.

It came with a 2 year warranty who’s was part of the allure. Fast forward one year. Laptop won’t turn on. Nothing.

Son has contacted Xotic MANY times. They do not return phone calls nor do they answer emails. He got one response two weeks ago saying they were mailing him a package to install on his laptop so they could make repairs. The email says he has to sign for the package.

Two weeks later, no package, no tracking number, no replies. Meanwhile going into week 4 of broken laptop he keeps getting homework and diagnosis, much less repairs haven’t even STARTED.

Maybe we can go the entire semester?! DO NOT buy from Xotic unless you have extra money to throw away and really don’t even need the computer.

Well here it is... April 12th.

Two MORE months and no laptop. Finals are coming up. Still no laptop. An ENTIRE SEMESTER without.

Inconceivable. And the 2 year warranty? JUNK JUNK JUNK. They ransomed the laptop for $700 which was sent in weeks ago but still....

no laptop. No responses. Sinful. Shameful.

Embarrassing. Do not buy anything from them that you actually need. We had to get another laptop (a different brand obviously) to get through the school year.

Disgusting. I give Xotic and Sager an *** FAILURES

jesus i bought a laptop a week ago from these people and my money STILL isnt taken out of my account. the live chat says 7 days a week when i literally talked to someone 1 out of the 20 times i tried.

if you have a capital one card dont order from this site i guess they neglect to tell you that it will take long and require you to sent pictures of licence and the card itself.

i regret 100% buying my msi laptop from this company and i would have rather went straight to msi. (Lets hope their lifetime support isnt this ***)

Horrible Customer Service

The company more or less puts all problems and notification of problems on the customer; I had contacted them before they made it aware to me that a problem had occurred. I believe based on their reaction that this is standard practice.

Additionally, they wanted for forms of identification and me to make major changes with my credit card company for them to deliver.

I realize that the company is was created in 1999, but they need to realize that it is not 1999 and such requirements are incredibly preposterous. I have no doubt that the company is one of the better creators of pre-made computers out there, but dealing with Catrina was such an awful experience that I'd rather try building it myself.

Xotic PC late refund after missed shipment

Xotic PC first pormised shipments and then got me to buy a more expensive laptop before missing shipments. I then asked for a refund and they promised they will process it the following day.

2 weeks later it was still not processed. I called again and then they claimed the manager said it will process in a few more days. This company has a horrible inventory system. They have no clue what they have in stock or not.

They make promises they do not keep. Never ever buy from this company.

Please do not do business with them. Lies are the only thing i got from them.
