Their customer service would not let me cancel my order even though their home page clearly says their app works on IPhone 13 after purchase. And realized I had ordered wrong app they want let me canc
The app is supposed to work on iPhones but it doesnt , when I purchased I sent my information in actually to the wrong app company and when I called to inform them they said I couldnt cancel without losing my account money. At the end of the day there advertising is completely useless and there app will not work on any iPhones like they claim, All I want to do is cancel my account and was willing to lose the 10 dollars because of my mistake but they want me to just cancel with no refund and thats just very shady and bad business
