I used Xlibris for my first book. It turned out good and as planned. In mind that any publish company can accomplish as such. Then the calls and calls from the Filipins. Ever wonder why sales representatives have bad English? Why do I know the call Centre is from...

DO NOT use these people! I wish I would have listen to the reviews. My book was published in 2011 and had to fight for 3 lousy checks. I will never use them again.

I came across Xlibris over a year ago messing around considering trying to sell some of my stories. I am STILL getting calls, even though I have sent multiple emails, and answered the phone and told them I am not writing anything currently and I do not wish to use them. I am getting tired of the harassment

Oh, words don't even begin to describe the level of utter contempt I have for Xlibris. They are the epitome of scam and have definitely earned every ounce of loathing I have for them as a company. While I applaud what they CLAIM to provide, my issues with them come...

Xlibris Complaint? Buyer beware and be firm about what you want!
Pretty much what I suspect after having published with Xlibris then re-formatting the original book and re-issuing it. I take responsibility for the writing and the illustrations. First time out the layout was LOUSY and it was not clear that it would be as it turned...

Xlibris will need to improve their entire team to be considered a well respected publishing company! They took my money and did not edit my book correctly. People over their phones are very hard to understand. They are more interested in cash, than your success....

Xlibris - Telly Tales III, Second Book Failed Promises!
Telly Tales, The Adventures of Telly the Owl was published by Xlibris in 2010 with countless grammatical mistakes, and missing pictures that were part of the story! Marketing with the exception of a few websites connected to the publisher, were non-existant! What...
