Xiamen Chn Meida Import and Export Co employee Song Qing Ming whose English name is Steve was warned not to export a patented product or pay the US patent holder, Mr. Chris Geisert a specific amount which would justly compensate him for not selling his invention under his own name.

Xiamen Chn Meida Import and Export agent Song Qing Ming told Geisert not to worry and the product would not be exported which Geisert trusted as Geisert had been working with him for over 2 years.

Geisert then found out from Import Genius that his products were in fact being imported into the US by Xiamen Ch Meida Import and Export Co export agent Song Qing Ming.

When confronted, Xiamen Chn Meida Import and Export Company changed their name on the future invoices to Wells Frame to keep from being caught.

Wells Frame was a fake company with a fake address, fake telephone number and cannot be found with the local Chinese Government agency that deals with business affairs.

A patent infringement lawsuit is in the process against Xiamen Chn Meida along with a fraud lawsuit for changing their name to a fake company to be kept from being found.

Chinese companies are infamous for not paying the fines accumulated by US courts when it comes to losing patent infringement and fraud lawsuits which is why Mr. Geisert will be holding all Xiamen Chn Meida Import and Export companies exported goods to the US until compensated.

Mr. Geisert will be contacting the US companies dealing with Xiamen Chn Meida Import and Export Company letting them know of the situation regarding Xiamen Chn Meida and how it could affect their shipment regarding the outcome of the lawsuit so they have time to prepare contingency plans.

Once discovered and Song Qing Ming was confronted, a new company called Well Frame International was exporting cushions to the US as confirmed on the Bill of Ladings.

US patent holder, Chris Geisert, researched the contact information of Well Frame International to find out that the phone number was a personal number who did not know Well Frame International and the address could not be found or the company found by the government in China.

Currently, there is a patent infringement lawsuit in the US regarding Posture Pal.
