August 4th I changed my cable to X1 and upgraded to HD.And the problems begins. We have three cable boxes and only one can to the house Friday August 5th. Even though 3 were to be upgraded. They advertise quad play for $129 a month with free $200 visa card but never send the card and bill you $300 a month!Customer service is awful, keep you on the phone for 1 hour and accomplish nothing! She didn't know! Needless to say when the new DVR got hooked up, I did not have whole house DVR service. 95% of the customer service reps I've ever talked to at Comcast/Xfinity have been 6th grade drop outs! On the rare occasion when I do get someone who is intelligent and proficient in their job I wonder why they're still working there. Xfinity cable is a nice product when everything is going right, but you'll be pulling your hair out...
