Can not Access my prepaid cards

I have raised a request for support but haven't received any update from your team for a long time.

My expectations to have Prepaid Virtual Visa card but it got errors while processing card activation with Token provided.
It is failed by error message:
"There are no redemption option available in your country"

This company suck! 2 months and no resolution
As of 5/7/23, No resolution since February 5th 2023, and multiple emails and phone calls.
Because after 2 months I haven't received $225 in Safeway vouchers and you guys aren't resolving the issue!
