Trying to cancel subscription
The content is super great. The advertising is super bad, because they mislead you into thinking you are spending $6 in change in the moment, when really you're spending $84 in change because they charge you for the entire year all at once and this is written in very tiny writing that is super easy to miss and very obviously designed so that you miss it.I am still looking for a refund. Thank you so much!Russ
I wanted to sign up for 6.99 a month. I didn't see the tiny writing that said I would be charged $83 for the entire year all at once.
I cannot cover this. I need to cancel and get a refund. I was unsuccessful trying to cancel on the website.
